Client Team Executive
As client team member at Charterhouse Medical, working with doctors in the NHS, my role is to ensure effective communication and collaboration between our client and healthcare professionals. I work closely with recruitment consultants to make sure the requirements of the doctors are met, ensuring they have the necessary resources, support, and information to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, I focus on creating strong relationships with clients at trusts around the UK to support ongoing collaboration and success.
The client team role requires strong skills in sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and allied health workers. This involves utilizing various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, to find the best candidates for specific roles.
Relationship management skills are vital, as the role involves building and maintaining strong relationships Clients. This includes understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, negotiation and communication skills are key for effectively negotiating contracts, salary, and other employment terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both healthcare professionals and employers. Clear and effective communication is necessary to articulate the unique value propositions of different job opportunities.
