Professional Background

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the medical recruitment industry, I have had the opportunity to work with several well established and reputable Agencies across Milton Keynes and London. I have and continue to specialise in the placement of temporary doctors within the NHS. My career journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape, allowing me to effectively meet the needs of healthcare providers and medical professionals alike.

I began my career as a CV Resourcer, where I honed my skills in candidate sourcing and onboarding. This foundational role paved the way for my progression to Recruitment Consultant, where I developed a keen insight into the intricacies of the recruitment process and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Over the years I have held several other roles from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Divisional Manager, Business Development Executive to Sales and Client Team Manager.

Ultimately, my passion for recruiting has more recently led me to return to a more hands-on role as Principle Recruitment Consultant. This transition allowed me to reconnect with my core strengths in recruitment, ensuring that I continue to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare industry by connecting talented medical professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
