Nearly 10 years experience within the Medical Recruitment industry starting out as a Facilitator and then working my way to Senior Client Team Executive. During this time I have also worked as a Customer Service Team Leader and Compliance Manager.

Successfully moving from different departments within the industry whilst still supporting the previous department I worked in. Helping the company transition from 360 recruitment to 180 to ensure both candidates and clients get the best experience possible.
